There is not enough material in the portion that should cover the bust.

If you wished to wear super low-cut dress and are busty this will work.

This women’s casual dress would fit anyone from a size 6 to a size 14

because it will stretch to cover and it will not look a bit strange when it stretches.

I like its look should fit that way. I wear a 10-12 typically and it fit me well with lots of room.

I have average to thin arms, and this womens best dress had lots of area in the sleeves,

so if you have larger arms this will also work for you.
